The biotin synthase definition is
2 S-adenosyl-L-methionine + dethiobiotin + S(2-) = 2 5'-deoxyadenosine + 2 L-methionine + biotin + H+.

but the Rhea reaction does not match (includes reduced [2Fe-2S]-[ferredoxin])
