Hello,
I'm looking for a d library that can load, resize and then save a jpeg... dlib is the best I've found so far, except for the obvious issue that it doesn't support saving as a jpeg. Is this likely to happen any time soon? Is there any way I can help?

Saving to JPEG is a long-term planned feature, currently I'm not sure when it will be implemented. I welcome any contributions though. Using a C library binding for this task is also an option, it's very easy to pass dlib image data to third-party libs.
