Looking for a paid collaborator to develop an Swagger/OpenAPI plugin

I am looking for someone with plugin development experience to help me develop a Swagger/OpenAPI plugin that will render OpenAPI specification as defined by a YAML or JSON file in an interactive presentation, similar to the way an API is represented on SwaggerHub, for example:

I am thinking of adapting this package as a plugin: https://www.npmjs.com/package/swagger-ui-react

But, my mind is open to any other approach.

I do have some budget.
