Maybe this is an issue with caching on that page? I thought I hit the same with fractal-tasks-core 1.4.2 vs 1.4.3. 1.4.2 keeps showing up for me when reloading the page. But different browsers no show 1.4.3 correctly.

That cache appears to be very long-lived. Can we fix that?

Ok, now the page actually shows 0.4.0 lif converter package for me as well, even in the environment where things were cached before for me
