How to change password for cast wallet import

couldn't find it as well... you can delete the keystore and regenerate it

@KMean , but this is to delete the one specific account in the wallet right ? i was referring to how to change the password of the whole wallet itself

@18121A05L2 AFAIK when you use cast wallet import, you’re importing a single account. The password you set during this process encrypts just that account’s private key and there’s no direct command to “update” the password on an existing keystore. to regenerate the keystore you need to delete it and run cast wallet import to generate a new one with the pwd you want.

@KMean , oh okay i thought that the password was same for the whole set of wallets that was going to store in keystore , it keys are unique for each then that better
