No results in scan mode

Hi,

Using PyBeacon -s keeps scanning but no results are shown.
Using beacon toy app to generate a beacon URL.

Please help

Eddystone format not corresponding with byte 19 and 20, should be 0xAA, 0xFE, byte 21 should be data length and byte 25 is the eddystone url specific should be 0x10 according with the packet i'm sending from my phone.
