[CodeMeta] Aligning CodeMeta vocabulary into the schema.org vocabulary #95

The CodeMeta task force has taken the first step for aligning CodeMeta vocabulary into the schema.org vocabulary.
To this end we have created the following working document.

In this document we identified the missing terms and detailed a step by step proposal workflow.

We will be starting the work only after our next call, so feel free to give feedback on this document.

We should address in the future schema.org issue this issue about SoftwareSourceCode as a class: schemaorg/schemaorg#2243
