Allow specifying inhibitions to block related alerts

inhibit:
# inhibit notifications on replicasets
  - direction: up
  	 depth: 1
     from: Kubernetes::Pod
	 expr:
     to:
        - Kubernetes::ReplicaSet
# inhibit notifications on everything below a HelmRelease
  - direction: down
  	 depth: 3
     from: HelmRelease
