The getting started page references the ghstack workflow, but the Pull requests section it links to no longer talks about ghstack (seems it was removed in 68cde3c). Is using ghstack with Sapling still supported? It's still included under the list of commands.

Edit: just noticed this single workflow that actually works better: 166e264
