Should be equivalent to:

.[:] = (arr, start, stop) -> arr[start:stop]

Unfortunately this syntax doesn't work because .[:] is already valid as shorthand for

.[:] = arr -> arr[:]

so if we want this it'll have to have a different spelling (maybe a built-in?).
