1 New buttons to control offsets:

min - sets all offsets to smallest value
mid - sets all offsets to middle value (max - min / 2)
max - sets all offsets to largest value
down-step-up - increases/decreases all offsets on step value

2 Summary on fetched records

min-max fetched offset for each partition
min-max fetched timestamp for each partition
min-max fetched timestamp for all partitions
