Button to Login if User is not logged in LogBook section

Description:

• In the LogBook section, if the User has not Logged In, no fueling data would be displayed.
• To login, the user has to navigate back to the DashboardFragment in order to access the SigninActivity to Login.
• If there was a Button present in the LogBook section that would directly lead the user to SigninActivity if he is not logged in, it would be an Improvement.

Unfortunately, this issue has been already addressed by #955 but has not been merged already to the master branch so that it is still open. Maybe, have a look on some other issues, but first check in the comments if somebody else have already worked on it.
