Bluetooth disabled view is pretty much empty

Currently, when Bluetooth is turned off, the view which is shown is just a text saying "Bluetooth is disabled", I think it should follow the same consistent view like other screens to show if a user is not logged in, not connected to the network, etc.

Possible solution: creating a similar view showing Bluetooth is turned off.
