Redis EOL dates

Redis page shows the supported versions, but it does not show when those versions will be EOL https://endoflife.date/redis

https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/rs/installing-upgrading/product-lifecycle/ shows the expected EOL dates, I think this data is useful to have it in the endoflife site. Thanks!

Yeah, we need a new Enterprise column as Extended Support.

There is some pending question, maybe you can help with :

• 6.0 eol date seems wrong, see PR
• 5.0 there is no information for extended support, so should I stick to false ?
