[Story] U-09B: Room info & People list shows Bob's verified

Description

As Alice
When I open the room info of DM room with Bob
And Bob's verified
Then I can immediately see that Bob is verified
So that I need less clicks to find this out

As Alice
When I open the people list of a room (DM or not)
Then I can see who I have already verified in this room
So that I know what's the overall state of the room and who should I still verify

Note: In case of a DM room, the eventual design is to show a Profile button that takes you directly to Bob's profile instead of a People button which opens the list of room members. However, this does not affect the decoration of this button when it comes to verification state.
