Steps to reproduce

  1. ED crashes due to OOM
  2. Relaunch it
  3. Get an irritating "app opened in another tab, continue" option.

Outcome

What did you expect?

It's impossible to open ED in multiple tabs, so this shouldn't even be a thing on ED; it should just launch

Element Nightly version: 2024102801 Crypto version: Rust SDK 0.7.2 (517d99b), Vodozemac 0.7.0

Also sometimes happens on Windows when launching after the process gets killed by Stop-Process -Name "Element" in powershell for example
