[REQUEST][Security]: Ability to view process events in analyzer

Description

In 8.16, we introduced an advanced setting called enableVisualizationsInFlyout. In 8.18, we made a small enhancement to the process panel. When the setting is enabled, the process title is hyperlinked, and clicking it will open an event preview of that process event.

Note: the setting will be enabled by default in 8.18, PR elastic/kibana#211319
