These connections are missing for all gpio:

gpio_dm0[*]
gpio_dm1[*]
gpio_dm2[*]
gpio_ib_mode_sel[*]
gpio_inp_dis[*]
gpio_slow_sel[*]
gpio_vtrip_sel[*]

These connections are missing for unused gpio:

gpio_oeb[*]
gpio_out[*]

Might be helpful to have the sample project connect these in a meaningful way as a guide to users.
