Rspamd project offers various support options, both community and commercial ones.
You can use the `Rspamd-Users` mailing list to ask technical and general questions related to Rspamd. `Rspamd-Announce` list is a low traffic read only mailing list used for project announces.

If you need immediate help or you would like to discuss something about Rspamd you can use the IRC channel #rspamd at freenode network. You can read more about IRC
The vast majority of technical discussion topics are held within the dedicated IRC channel.
For those who are familiar with IRC, here are settings for IRC channel access:

There are no strict rules in Rspamd discussion channel, just some generic ones:
- no spam
- no flood
- no abuse
Please do not expect the immediate reply: we all have different task ongoing and different time zones.

If you find a bug or would like to ask for a specific feature then you can use issue tracker hosted on GitHub. We also welcome pull requests if you would like to submit patches for any part of the project: documentation, site, WebUI, and Rspamd itself.
If you require the additional level of support related to large or custom Rspamd setup that could involve NDA signing, consulting, direct and unlimited access to the fuzzy storage, DNS lists and so on, you might go with the commercial support option.
