In light of the fact that our email is still using Phoenix 1.4:

and thus has many warnings: #61 (comment)

I'm going to rip out all the AWS Lambda complexity
and re-build this from first principals using Phoenix 1.7 rc2, swoosh and use GMail as the sender.
