Is there any way to customize notification positions #1367

I'd like to be able to set some positions for some notifications, such as volume or brightness, to bottom center.
The problem is that my default notifications are displayed in top-right and I dont find any way to modify that specific positions with a rule

unfortunately not possible at the moment. will be added in the future. see #1018
