Potentially pick up the big ones (Asana, Clickup, JiRA etc)?

Not just the providers mentioned above. I use Nextcloud Calendar for my calendar and Nextcloud Tasks for my tasks. Since tasks are also synchronized using CalDAV, they only need to be processed correctly. So far I don't see my tasks anywhere.

Even Baikal provides tasks and calendars via CalDAV so full CalDAV support would be awesome!
