Import from "@apollo/client/index.js" instead of "@apollo/client"

Hello,

I'm using these 3 plugins:
- typescript
- typescript-operations
- typescript-react-apollo

I have to have these 2 lines in generated to be imported from "@apollo/client/index.js" instead of "@apollo/client". Is there a way to do this ?

From

import { gql } from "@apollo/clien/";
import * as Apollo from "@apollo/client";

To

import { gql } from "@apollo/client/index.js";
import * as Apollo from "@apollo/client/index.js";
