Don't know what I'm missing

Hi,
I'm trying to get the Alma Inventory to work with out success.
I am not using Docker because I have not experience with it so I installed a wamp server and added the alma inventory folder to www in wamp. I created my API key and added to the key.php.
When I try to run a test I get the following error.
"The requested URL was not found on this server."
Not sure what I am missing. Need more direction
