internal error 500 after installing #307

Hello!

I've followed the steps to install the plugin but when I restart the apache I've internal error message when I try to reach redmine.
Only way to reach again the instance is to delete the wktime plugin folder...

Redmine Version: 4.0.7
Plugin version: 3.9

Any help please?
