"OSError: [Errno 48] Address already in use" (macOS 15.2)

Describe the bug

Launch with:
changedetection.io -C ~/cd-data -p 5000 (also tried a few other ports)

Starting up fails and results in this:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Type changedetection.io -C ~/cd-data -p [any port]
2. See error

Expected behavior
Program does not error on launch

try a higher port number like 60000 , there may be some security setting?
