Multiple group notifications

Question about intended functionality. I have one watch. It has two tags, each of those which has its own separate notification ("Group A" tag set to email, "Group B" tag set to JSON). There is no notification on the individual watch itself, and there is global notifications enabled.

I would imagine intended functionality would be that both notifications (from group A and from group B) would be sent, however only group A is sending (the mail one).

These group notifications work great when pressing test button, so I think they're configured appropriately.

Any thoughts?

f/u question: if individual watch notification is set too, should all three notifications be sent?
