Notifications When detected specifical word

Hi all,

I want to use your program for my work, in my company we have an online platform to exchange our work schedules, only when we receive a new exchange request there are no notifications on the site to notify us.

When we receive a new request for change there are new data that appear on the page with the mention "In progress" each time to quote the service concerned by the exchange, I must then accept or refuse the offer. I would like your program to notify me as soon as it sees "In progress" on the page, how to proceed in the editing of a page ?

I already managed to install the discord bot and setup it in changedetection.io
