Multi-user support

Does changedetection.io contain multi-user support, e.g. that each user can maintain his own list of URLs to be tracked?

I've tried looking at the source, and it seems like MANY places needs to be changed, if this should be implemented. The current datastore does not have any concept of users, and just has a very f7lat layout. :) One could add it, it shouldn't be hard as such, just a lot of places that need changes.
