I love it!
I am currently planning to migrate and everything looks very good!

I only have a couple of questions and annoyances you might can easily add / fix (highest to lowest order for me)

1. (Mail) notification very hard to read
   It is very hard to read the notification. If you use the HTML version there is no color highlighting. It seems that it is matching complete lines and not words - am I right? Some examples that would make it a lot better to read IMHO at least for HTML:

3. Next check and Interval
   It would be nice to have the columns "Next check" and "Interval/Frequency". Alternatively to choose in the options which you want. Thats makes it possible to sort / look for high frequency checks etc.

4. Search that searches website title + URL
   A Small javascript search would be very helpful. If you have hundreds of elements you can CTRL + F but not for the domain. Sometimes the website title is different than the domain or you have to update all checks for a specific domain.

5. Migration Distill.io
   Awesome that you have it! But the interval time is not migrated. Its always the default. Not that much of a problem for smaller setups but for larger its some effort. Is this by design?

6. Notification URL List
   Is there some sort of interpretation for comments? Say, can I add a hashtag in front of a line to disable the notification channel temporary?

7. Total elements + failed
   A small stat at the bottom of the list would be nice that says "Total: X elements - Y failed checks"
