feature: search component tag filters

Description

• allow users to pass an array of tags which define the bottom bar above
• allow users to associate icons with tags to show instead of the arrow in all search results
• add functionality to use chunks above threshold route to calc num of results for each tag

Thinking about this a bit more, it probably makes sense to put the tags at the top instead of the bottom
