feat: option to change dataset name in the dashboard

Description

It does not appear possible to change the dataset name in the dashboard. It would be nice to be able to change the name, perhaps via an icon to make the name editable at the h3 in the dashboard dataset view and/or in the Settings > Dataset Management section.

Users may want to change the name of the dataset if it becomes legacy or backup or they shifted its purpose or want to change how they refer the datasets and want the dashboard to mirror their own terminology.
