Issue Description

Take down the product devfile registry SAAS service.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Communicate with the App-SRE team about takedown
  • Remove SAAS build service setup
  • Remove SAAS deployment service setup
  • Retire devfile-registry.redhat.com

/status blocked

#1680 and #1683 should be resolved before starting this issue.
