parseConnectionString not exported in jsr version #420

I need to parse the connection string so I can tweak the options a little but the parse util is not exported when using jsr.

This line here:
https://github.com/denodrivers/mongo/blob/main/src/client.ts#L47

There is no way for me to import the parse function from this module through JSR. It would be really nice if it could be exported so I could use it.
