Some heritages deployed using version 1 cannot use the ALB, you just get an error in the logs, but barcelona accepts the YML. We should notify the user the heritage does not support it

There is also no easy way to upgrade (besudes editing the db) to upgrade the version of a heritage to version 2. We might need to write a few tests on this.

Services on version 2 heritages which have a classic ELB cannot just conver to an ALB.
