Django 1.7 migration support #86

Django 1.7 changed the way migrations work. In particular:

old	new
schemamigration	makemigrations
-	squashmigrations
migrate	migrate

This just seems like a few more commands. Would it be easy to add? I might attempt the patch myself. :)
