[Feature][Data Overview] One-Click Run and Schedule Data Overview for All Tables

Description

Currently, in DataVines, triggering the data overview for multiple tables requires individually clicking the "Run Overview" button for each table. Additionally, setting up scheduled tasks for the data overview of multiple tables must be done manually for each table, which is highly inefficient for users dealing with large datasets.
Proposed Enhancements:
1. One-Click Run for All Tables
Add a "Run All Overviews" button or option to trigger the data overview operation for all tables with a single click.
2. One-Click Scheduling for All Tables
Provide an option to configure a scheduled task for all tables at once. Users can define the schedule (e.g., daily, weekly) and apply it to all tables in the dataset with a single configuration.

Usage Scenario

When managing a large dataset with multiple tables, users need to:

1. Quickly review the data overview for all tables without manually triggering each one.
2. Easily set up periodic data overview tasks for all tables without repetitive configuration for each table.
   This feature will greatly enhance productivity by streamlining both manual and automated workflows for large-scale data analysis.
