Add tutorial on working in a team

New contributors often get caught up on not knowing what a CI/CD system is, or how to look at the results run by GitHub actions.

I made a quick explanation in y0-causal-inference/y0#236 (comment), but some of this should go into the developers section on the README so it's easier to point people there in the future
