Downloaded juXta Desktop, Windows version, Juxta_windows_1_7_0.exe, from https://www.juxtasoftware.org/download/.
Collate Option (via "Edit Base Document Properties") can be set to "exclude" <del> but does not work.
Known bug, but won't fix, since no support for this tool at present.
