Thanks for sharing this code.

None of these styles will work in Chrome unless -webkit-appearance: none is set on the input element as well as each of the individual styled shadow DOM components.

Is it possible to have these added automatically?

If not, it would be nice to have the requirement documented.

That’s acceptable. Would you or someone mind submitting a PR for this? I’ll merge it, and clean up anything if it’s needed.

@brianchirls is this still something you'd like to see added? I'm a bit torn with this given that you might want to have this differently, you can often have appearance: none and autoprefixer will take care of the rest but I'm not happy with adding this automatically as you might want to have the appearance.
