False positives for hex floats

Some files contain hexadecimal floats and it would be nice to ignore them by default:

-0x1.ba737b4ca3b13p-639
0x1.3fbdcfb2b2a15p-45
-0x1.b683e3934aedap+691

This can be worked around with extend-ignore-re and would be willing to accept a contribution to the docs to include it in the reference until anything further is decided.

For me, I wonder how often these come up for whether we should support these natively vs relying on extend-ignore-re
