Hi - I use USACO guide as a LMS to help my students train for USACO. However, some problems that I can add to an assignment in a group give an error when submitting, for example this one for Majority Opinion: "Internal Error: An unknown internal error occurred. Could not find test cases for problem usaco-1371. Does this problem exist?". Any idea on why this is happening?

Also, there are other problems that don't exist in the guide and I can't add them as a exercise to an assignment in a group, such as the December 2024 Bronze problems. How can new problems be added to the LMS? I'm also happy to help add new problems to the database if there's a simple process to do that. Thanks!
