Many of the rules in quiki.css are way too specific, making it annoyingly difficult to override them in site CSS. Particularly, link formatting does not need to be included in quiki.css. All websites format links differently and it should be up to them whether they want to differentiate between internal, external, invalid links. Of course, the default templates will, to mimic wiki software.
