Continue autocomplete does not work in Pycharm

Description

I have tried configuring the continue plugin in VSCode, and the auto completion function is useful. However, auto completion does not work in PyCharm. I have also tried troubleshooting and tried installing several versions below 0.0.83, but it seems to have no effect. I hope to receive your reply and see if it can solve this problem.

I was able to reproduce this behavior on 0.0.83 but on 0.0.84 it appears to be fixed. @oldmale , we will be release 0.0.84 on Friday, please install that once we release and let me know if it resolves the issue for you.
