Run regular "pairing" or cowork sessions

From a meeting in May:

• @ballPointPenguin is interested to experiment with ways of sharing development experience, like:
  • paired programming session using remote tools, or
  • streaming coding sessions on twitch.tv
  • ACTION: explore remote collab tools for coding and streaming (ben+others)
  • ACTION set future hours/timeslot for collab coding (ben+others)
• QUESTION: how can we best support new contributors and their dev needs? (ben)

"Paired coding" is when people work on one coding task together -- often one person "drives" (i.e. types) and the other "navigates" (thinks through the problem without typing).

We're not hung up on any specific format, just thought it would be nice for ppl to work together on Polis :)

Ideas:

• 💡 twitch streaming
• 💡 pair programming
• 💡 loose "office hours"
• 💡 coworking time (keeping a line open, either chat or video)
• 💡 something else..?

No rush on this, just trying to keep tabs on the idea ;)
