I would love to forget all about connecting to the VPN and always have access to my workspace, even after a reboot.

If possible, on-demand connection (e.g. when connecting to ws.coder) would be pretty slick.

An option to connect on startup (of app) would be a good alternative (or both).

feat: add start vpn on launch setting (#108)

Relates to #104.

On-demand is a pretty big lift - in the meantime we'll add a 'start VPN on launch' config setting.
