Hi all.
Please update PHP_CodeSniffer to at least 3.7.0.
We really need PHP 8.1 support and enums fix: squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer#3587

This is very noisy for a PHP 8.3 repo implementing enums, typed class constants, etc.
