3D Models and Registration

Update 2/18/25

All seven 5x5 tissue blocks (registration by Andreas Bueckle and Sojin Kim)

7 blocks positioned, the team receives the lung tissues only from JAX.

Update 10/28/24: Adjusted positions for IHC (left middle) and unbiased (right), removed 2 from left lobe.

Pancreas

Team is unsure who will handle pancreas registrations

Kidney

Team has no information

Team will reach out to 5x5 team, who will provide information for kidney and pancreas
