Don't include default properties as inputs

Including server-side default values as inputs in the program seems to lead to issues where the server thinks that that value is being set. Sometimes there are restrictions in setting such values due to various pricing tiers etc. There is no way to honor that if the framework includes those default values as inputs transparently when executing the HTTP request.
