Overview

We need to survey internal and external potential users to determine if our FAQ question what is CTI is informative enough.

Details

New users will come to the website without fully understanding CTI's function. Providing a clear and concise answer is critical to encourage new users to add their repo to the database.

Action Items

  • Write up research plan
  • People to test with
    • new to our project team - fresh perspectives
    • outside of CTI project (with other HFLA teams).
    • outside of HFLA (Other Brigades)
  • Generally what to discover
    • Do they understand what CTI is?
    • Does this provide enough information?

Resources/Instructions

  • Guide Issue for creating a research plan
  • Join the CFA slack community in order to find other potential users that can be interviewed. Make sure you look around first though to see what the community norms are for contacting people and where to post. First step join the brigade-project-index channel.
